The Gingerbread Man
LZ18 have enjoyed reading the story of The Gingerbread Man this week in class. We read the magic story book on TES iboard (see link below) and then we explored the related activities on the website too. We made our own moving gingerbread man and then we thought of our own endings to the story. Have a read - they are quiet imaginative!
Our Alternative Endings:
When the fox and the gingerbread man got to the other side of the river, the gingerbread man jumped off the fox's nose up into the air. He ran away and he met an alligator. He jumped on the alligator's head and then up and away. Then the gingerbread man made friends with the alligator and they both made friends with a puppy as well.

When the gingerbread man got to the river he found a rocket ship. He flew up to the moon in his rocket ship and then back down to land on the grass on the other side of the river. He ran away and waved goodbye to the old lady and the cow and the pig.

When the gingerbread man was running away from the old lady, the cow and the pig, he met a fox in the forest. The fox tried to eat him up but the gingerbread man kept on running away. He was too fast and he ran all the way to the shop. He ate lots of yummy things but the shopkeeper ate him up!

When the gingerbread man got to the river he did a big jump all the way over the river. He met a fox who tried to eat him but he ran away as fast as he could. When he was running he met a T-Rex who stepped on him and then ate him up in one gulp!

The gingerbread man jumped over the river and ran all the way back to the house and locked the door.

The gingerbread man jumped so high over the river he went up over the sun. Then he landed on the ground and he ran away to his house.

The day a truck come to visit!
Today we were lucky enough to be visited by a really cool racing truck! We all got the chance to climb on board and sit in the drivers seat. It was really fun!
